We want to let you know about an important change in Pennsylvania law that will affect the availability of certain electronic cigarette and vaping products in our store.

Pennsylvania’s Act 57 (formerly House Bill 1425) establishes a strict state directory for vapor products. Under this new law, retailers are only permitted to sell products that are explicitly approved and listed on the official Pennsylvania Vape and E-Cigarette Registry.

What This Means for You

• Final Day to Purchase Non-Listed Products: The last day we can legally sell      any unregistered electronic cigarette or vaping products is October 18, 2026.
• Inventory Changes: Many popular brands, flavors, and disposable devices that are not registered with the state will be permanently removed from our shelves after this date.
• Transition to Compliant Products: Moving forward, our store will only stock state-approved inventory that is explicitly listed on the Pennsylvania registry.

If you have a preferred product that you buy regularly, we highly recommend visiting us before October 18 to check our remaining stock or speaking with our staff about alternative, fully compliant products we will continue to carry.
